Autospirit extend an invitation to all trade organisations to participate at the Culzean Autoclassica. The Autoclassica is designed to command International recognition as a high profile event held anually in the magnificent grounds of Culzean castle. The Culzean Autoclassica will attract interest from far and wide and provide traders with a unique and valuable opportunity to access a target and specialised market. Celebrating the heritage of the motorised vehicle and in particular famous and significant marques, it will ofer trade organisations an ideal forum to interact with existing and potential clients.
Manufacturer / Dealer Exhibition Mall Enclosures.
Manufacturers and dealers may reserve fenced enclosures in prime locations allowing them to promote their brand and products with optional fitted out marquees. The size of the enclosures can be sufficient to allow the display of at least six current production models and to promote products. Exhibitors will be actively encouraged to display one or more appropriate heritage cars and adopt the "Period Dress" theme. Celebrity guests will make personal appearances in some enclosures.
Covered and Open Trade Stands.
A main trade village marquee will provide traders with covered shell scheme stands. Individual covered and open stands will also be available.
Autojumble Stands.
Located in a separate trade area will be the Culzean Autoclassica Autojumble with both covered and open pitches available.
Media Presentation.
Business - Corporate - Sponsors - Invited guests will be included whenever possible in promotional media plans before, during and after the event and will be invited to make product presentations in the event Auditorium.
Event Programme.
Priority will be given to those wishing to advertise in the event programme.
Participation in Events.
Manufacturers and corporate participants are invited to enter teams in both the Soap Box G.P. and Team Challange. ( Activities provide greater valu for exhibitors. )
Client -Visitor Packages.
Available through special booking forms with sponsorship opportunities .
Data collection Activities / Competitions.
By prior arrangement with the organisers.
Test Driving.
Arrangements for potential clients to test drive manufacturers models in the castle grounds with access to the public roads for this purpose during the event.
Networking.
In order to maximise the participant involvement, it is proposed that opportunities for networking could be considered in the week prior to the event weekend.
Culzean Autoclassica Auction.
Dealers will be invited to enter cars in the auction at preferential rates.
Corporate Hospitality.
Special arrangements for individual corporate days at Culzean during the week.
Golf Tournament.
Open to Business and Corporate guests, the golf tournament will be played over one of Turnberry's championship courses. Packages can be linked with accommodation at the Westin Turnberry five star hotel.
Corporate Evening.
A corporate evening on Friday at the Castle to allow manufacturers and participating companies along with sponsors, to entertain their guests in a relaxed but lavish style. Dinner in the Castle, or Al Fresco buffet dinner on the lawn with accompanying light music or similar.
Grand Culzean Gala Dinner.
Black Tie dinner in the Castle dining room or a marquee on the main lawn. Guest speakers, light music or similar and entertainment.
